A lifelong resident of Buffalo, New York, C.G. has been writing since he was five years old, beginning with creating his own comic books.

His genuine passion for writing fully emerged during his junior year in high school, where began to write movie reviews for his school newspaper, then began crafting his first real stories—horror tales inspired by the television movie Kolchak: The Night Stalker.

In 1994, C.G. conceived the idea for first book and commenced working on it, but he set it aside when he began attending college. In 2004, The Rainbow Warrior: Genesis was published, followed by a sequel in 2006. Progress slowed when his first publisher closed down and while searching for a new publisher, he wrote his first mystery, Family Ties, the first in a series. After finding a home with Mélange Publishing, LLC and Nancy Schumacher, he quickly followed up with Family Plots, Family Education, and Killer Holidays.

Having been sidetracked the past few years, C.G. is getting back on track with the rewrite of The Rainbow Warrior: Genesis and has begun work on the next anthology in his John Seraph mystery series, as well as having four new story ideas he’s developing at this time.

In addition to writing, C.G. is an ardent Broadway enthusiast, researcher of various subjects mythology, the American Old West, and real-life paranormal phenomena (encompassing ufology, cryptozoology, and parapsychology), as well as an avid movie aficionado with particular interest in mysteries and westerns., C.G. is a comic book collector and historian, and a proficient home cook who prepares meals for his parents. Below are some photos of C.G.'s home cooking and desserts his friends have asked him to share online.
